Check In Guest with City Ledger (Cloud)

Before starting the check-in, make sure a room number is assigned and the room is clean.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search and Open the Reservation

1. Choose Check-In from the Toolbox on the right.
2. Any prepaid deposit will show as well as the remaining amount to be paid.
3. Choose City Ledger as the Method of Payment from the drop-down in the Check-In window.
4. Select the City Ledger account that will be associated with the payment. Even if a CL account is set up as MOP in the reservation, the account has to be selected again during check-in.
5. Select OK to complete the Check-In.

6. If setup:
- Registration card will print
- Electronic key window will popup for creation
