Display the Visual Matrix Confirmation Number on Your Reports (Cloud)

By default, reports in Visual Matrix that display reservation numbers show the third-party confirmation number for reservations made online and the Visual Matrix confirmation number for locally created reservations. This can lead to confusion since third-party confirmation numbers don’t match OTA confirmation numbers, making it difficult for hotel staff to match the reservation with the correct guest details.
To improve clarity and consistency, you have the option to display only the Visual Matrix confirmation number on all reservation reports. This eliminates discrepancies and helps prevent errors.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Parameters > Parameters

1. Scroll down at the end of the "Parameters" section and check the box for "Always Show Local Confirmation Number".


2. Click on the green floopy disk at the top to save the selection.
