A recurring task is one that needs to be performed repeatedly at set intervals or on a regular schedule. It involves consistent actions or activities to ensure routine operations. Such tasks are often part of ongoing procedures like daily inspections, weekly reports, monthly inventory checks, or quarterly audits, covering both housekeeping and maintenance duties. With the exception of earlier assignments, these tasks do not require daily assignment. They will be automatically added to the employee's task list on the scheduled day.
