Create/Add a Special Request (Cloud) 🎥

A special request for a hotel reservation could include any specific preferences or requirements that a guest may have for their stay. Hotels often do their best to accommodate these special requests based on availability and hotel policies. It's important for guests to communicate their requests clearly when making a reservation to enhance their overall hotel experience.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search and Open the Reservation

1. Click on the Special Requests icon from the tools menu.
2. Click New to add a special request.
3. Select the Date, the Department that will fulfill the request and enter the Request.
4. Click Save to add the request to the reservation.
5. The Special Request icon in the reservation will blink red until the request has been completed.


The special request will be sent each day by text message to anyone within the Management department that have a phone number saved and the SMS box checked in its user profile.
