Regrets Loss of Business allows you to view a list of reasons and dates when a sale was lost. We'll see how to create new ones.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Loss Of Business

1. Click on Regret.



2. On the right side, enter a new "Regret" in the "Regret Reason" field and click "Add New".


New Regrets cannot be deleted.
