Difference between a Folio and an Invoice in Visual Matrix


A Folio is the details of the guest's stay, room charges, extras, and payments. A folio is part of the Guest Ledger Balance and can be accessed from the Front Office section.
An Invoice can be made of one folio or multiple. It does not carry the details but only the total balance. An inoice is part of the City Ledger Balance and can be accessed from the Accounting section.
