Enabling Mobile App Access for Users (Cloud)

Users can access Visual Matrix through the mobile application when mobile access is enabled in their user profile. This allows staff to manage tasks such as housekeeping, work orders, and other operational functions directly from a mobile device. Mobile access requires both Mobile Access and Remote Login to be enabled for the user.
Path: Management > User Settings > Security

Instructions

1. Find the user in the list. Use filters if needed.


2. Locate Mobile Access under Access Privileges and check the box.



3. Click Save to apply your changes.



4. Ensure Remote Login is set to Yes. Refer to the related article for instructions on enabling Remote Login.

Important Behavior & Rules

User-Specific Setting
Mobile access must be enabled individually for each user.
Remote Login Required
Mobile access will not work unless Remote Login is also enabled.
Network Independence
Mobile users connect from outside the property network, which requires Remote Login.

Common Issues

❌ Mobile access enabled, but Remote Login is disabled
❌ User cannot log in due to IP Security restrictions
❌ Changes not saved
