Enable Mobile App Access to a user (Cloud)
The VM Mobile App is only available for VM Cloud users Managers, Housekeepers, and Maintenance/Engineers.
Path: Management > User Settings > Security
For a user to be able to access the mobile app, two steps must be completed within Visual Matrix: adding a checkmark in the Mobile credential within their user profile and enabling the user for Remote Access
1. Check the credential in the user profile to enable Remote Access
Because Visual Matrix is secure by IP protocol to your wired network, the use of the Mobile App requires any user to have remote access.
2. Find the user and change the Remote Login field from No to Yes:
