Enable Signature Capture on your Pinpad Device (Cloud)


If you have a pinpad with signature capture capabilities, the feature would have been enabled during the pinpad installation. To check if it is the case, follow the instruction in this article.
Path: Management > Interfaces > select the credit card interface

When the interface is open, you only need to check that the "SIG" box is checked.



If enabled, you can setup/update the preset text that will show on the pinpad. The signature will automatically print on the regcard in the reservation.
