FAQ - MOP / Site Admin

My PMS is integrated with MOP, and users were imported when MOP was launched. Can I still create new users directly in MOP?
Yes, you can create new users directly in MOP. However, manually created users will not be integrated with your PMS. This is especially important for Room Attendants, if tasks are imported from the PMS and assigned to specific users, MOP will not be able to match those assignments to manually created Room Attendants.
Warning
If your PMS is Visual Matrix or Opera Cloud, Room Attendants are integrated automatically. In these cases, we strongly recommend NOT creating Room Attendant users manually in MOP.
