Why do I receive a system error when adding images or notes to a task?
Users may see error messages such as:
- "Error has occurred: error detail not sent by server" (with a red or blue "X")
- "500 error: error detail not sent by server."
These errors often occur when the image file being uploaded is too large. Occasionally, they may also happen when uploading notes, particularly if both notes and images are being added at the same time.
What is the maximum image file size allowed in MOP tasks?

The current maximum file size for uploaded images is 4MB.
Uploading files larger than this limit may result in a system error and prevent the upload from completing. We recommend resizing your images to meet this requirement before uploading.

Can I add notes and images at the same time to a task?
You can add both notes and images to a task, but if you're encountering errors, we suggest uploading them separately to isolate the issue. This can help determine whether the error is caused by the image size or the note input itself.
What happens to housekeeping tasks from the previous day?
All housekeeping tasks from the previous day—completed or not—are archived automatically once new tasks are added for the current day. Until new tasks are assigned, the previous day's tasks may still appear in the system.
