Supported PMS Integrations for MOP 2.0

Supported PMS Integrations for MOP 2.0

MOP 2.0 is an independent mobile platform that connects to multiple PMS systems through API integration. This article outlines which PMS platforms are supported.

How Integration Works

MOP 2.0 connects to PMS platforms through APIs, allowing room status updates, check-outs, and housekeeping tasks to sync automatically. This provides near-real-time visibility and eliminates most manual data entry.
Notes
If your PMS is not integrated, you may still use MOP 2.0 in stand-alone mode, but some automations will not be available.

Key Benefits of Integration

Seamless workflow: no need to re-enter guest or room data into MOP after PMS changes.
Improved speed: housekeeping and maintenance teams receive tasks faster.
Fewer errors: room status, occupant data and other fields stay consistent across systems.
Scalability: as your property grows, MOP 2.0 and your PMS remain aligned.
