The High Occupancy Report in the Revenue Management module is a proactive monitoring tool that highlights dates within a selected range where occupancy exceeds a user-defined threshold. This report allows users to quickly identify high-demand periods and ensure rate and restriction strategies (such as CTA or MLOS) are properly in place to maximize revenue.

Report Options

Before running the report, users define:
- Start & End Dates: The range of dates to evaluate.
- Occupancy % Threshold: Only dates with forecasted or actual occupancy greater than this value will be shown.
- Refresh Button: Once filters are set, clicking Refresh will generate the report dynamically based on current data.
