Understanding the Report

This report organizes occupancy metrics into three key sections, offering both daily and category-based insights.

Short-Term Guests (1–6 Nights)
Shows the number of rooms sold, ADR, revenue, and occupancy percentage for short-stay guests.

Extended Stay Guests (7+ Nights)
Breaks down extended stays into three subgroups—7–13, 14–29, and 30+ nights—displaying rooms sold, ADR, total revenue, and occupancy per day.

All Guests
Summarizes total rooms sold, ADR, revenue, and occupancy for all stays combined, providing an overview of total property performance.
