Generating the Report
1. Use the Start Date and End Date fields to define the reporting period. By default, the system selects today’s date through one month ahead, but you can adjust it as needed.
2. Click Refresh to update the report to show occupancy, ADR, and revenue by stay category for each date in the selected range.
3. Export to CSV (Optional). Download the report for data analysis or to share with management.
Running this report regularly allows for better forecasting of extended-stay revenue trends and room usage patterns.
Understanding the Report
This report organizes occupancy metrics into three key sections, offering both daily and category-based insights.
Short-Term Guests (1–6 Nights)
Shows the number of rooms sold, ADR, revenue, and occupancy percentage for short-stay guests.
Extended Stay Guests (7+ Nights)
Breaks down extended stays into three subgroups—7–13, 14–29, and 30+ nights—displaying rooms sold, ADR, total revenue, and occupancy per day.
All Guests
Summarizes total rooms sold, ADR, revenue, and occupancy for all stays combined, providing an overview of total property performance.
