Sales & Mktg Occupancy Forecast Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Occupancy forecast report will display every forecast number based on reservations currently in the system.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Forecast > Occupancy

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by period: choose one day or a date range.
- by day of the week: if you are looking to compare activity and sales for a same day on a specific time frame (every Mondays between June and August for example).



2. Check the boxes to:
- exclude out of order rooms.
- include group allocations not yet picked up (number will show but rooms will not count in the occupancy rate, room revenue, ADR and RevPar).
- include non-gtd reservations.



3. Click Refresh.



Detailed report

- Date and day.
- Number of rooms out of order for that day - if the "Ignore Out Of Order Rooms" box is checked (see above), it will show "0".



- Number of non-guaranteed reservations (cash payment) if the "Non-GTD Reservations" box is not checked (see above), it will show "0".
- Number of guaranteed reservations (credit card number, city ledger or advance deposit posted).



- Number of non-guaranteed group reservations picked up - if the "Non-GTD Reservations" box is not checked (see above), it will show "0".
- Number of guaranteed group reservations picked up.
- Number of group allocations not picked up - if the "Group Alloc Not Picked Up" box is not checked (see above), those rooms will not be included in the Occ%, Room Revenue, ADR and RevPar below.



- Number of arrivals, departures and stay overs for the day.



- Number of rooms available.
- Number of rooms occupied.
- Occupancy rate.



- Daily Room Revenue, ADR and RevPar.



- Number of rooms occupied last year.
- Occupancy rate variance with last year.



Totals for the selected period:
- number of rooms out of order.
number of non-guaranteed group reservations picked up.
- number of guaranteed group reservations picked up.
- number of group allocations not picked up.
- Number of arrivals, departures and stay overs.
- Number of rooms available.
- Number of rooms occupied.
- Occupancy rate.
- Room Revenue, ADR and RevPar.
