The City Ledger forecast report will display a recap of each City Ledger currently linked to a reservation in the system.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Forecast > City Ledger
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report by choosing the period to generate the report for. If the period is over 2 weeks (14 days), the report will be shown in a summary format - See below.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report - Up to 2 weeks version
- Visual Matrix City Ledger number and name.
- Number of rooms currently booked by City Ledger each day.
- Total of rooms booked by City Ledger for the date range.
- Total revenue forecast for the period.
- ADR for each City Ledger for the date range.
Summary report - Over 2 weeks version
- Visual Matrix City Ledger number and name.
- Total rooms (nights) booked by City Ledger for the period.
- Total revenue forecast for the period.
- ADR by City Ledger for the date range.
- Total number of adults for the period by City Ledger account.
- Average number of adult by room for each City Ledger account.
- Total number of kids for the period by City Ledger account.
- Average lenght of stay for each City Ledger for the date range.
Grand totals:
- Number of rooms currently booked with a City Ledger as a method of payment.
- Revenue forecast for all rooms currently booked.
- ADR forecast for all rooms currently booked for all City Ledgers accounts.
- Total number of adults for the period for all City Ledger accounts.
- Average number of adult by room for all City Ledger accounts.
- Total number of kids for the period for all City Ledger accounts.
