Sales & Mktg Demographic Forecast Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Demographics forecast report will display data based on every reservation currently in the system by Country, State/Region and City or origin. For reservations without those information entered, numbers for those reservations will show under a blank City/State/Country line in the report.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Forecast > Demographics
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report by choosing the period to generate the report for. Whether it is up to 2 weeks or over 2 weeks, both report will show Cities, States/Regions and Country.
The summary version, #2 below, will only display States/Regions and Countries.
2. Choose to get the report in form of a Summary, no details - See below.
3. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Country.
- State/Region.
- Number of rooms (nights) booked.
- Occupancy % of guests from this location.
- Revenue forecast.
- ADR.
- Number of adults from this location.
- Average adults per room.
- Number of kids from this location.
- Number of rooms (nights) booked.
- Occupancy % of guests from this location.
- Revenue forecast.
- ADR.
- Number of adults from this location.
- Average adults per room.
- Number of kids from this location.
Grand Totals:
- Total of rooms (nights) booked.
- Occupancy % of guests.
- Revenue forecast.
- ADR.
- Number of adults.
- Average adults per room.
- Number of kids.
Summary report
- Country of origin.
