The Yield Management forecast report will display the daily number of rooms currently booked in the system by tier (base to tier 5) and the ADR for that tier that day.

Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Forecast > Yield Mgmt

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):

- by period: choose one day or a date range.

- by day of the week: if you are looking to compare activity and sales for a same day on a specific time frame (every Mondays between June and August for example).

2. Click Refresh.

Detailed report

- Date and day of the data.

- Number of rooms currently booked in the system and ADR for each day and each tier from Base to Tier 5.

- Total number of rooms booked and the ADR by tier for the period.
