Room Status History Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Room Status History Report provides insights into the cleaning status (Dirty, Clean, Clean & Inspected) of each room and tracks when a status change occurred.
Path: Housekeeping > Room Status > History

Generate Report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by choosing the date(s) the report will be generated for.
- by room condition status: Dirty, Clean, Clean & Inspected or All.
- by room number or for all rooms.



2. Click Refresh.



Detailed report

- Guest name occupying the room. If there are no names, there was no guest either staying in or checking out that day from this room. This means that the room cleaning status update was not done on the previous day(s). 
- Room number.



- New cleaning status for the room.
- Date and time the new status was applied. Those are the real dates and times, not the audit ones. If your system audit date is not at the current date, it will report the real one and not the audit one.
- Name of the user/agent who changed/updated the status.
