The Housekeeping Service History report shows every room number that was serviced, when and by who, what type of service was done (Make/Change) and the time spent in the room.
Path: Housekeeping > Reports > Service History.
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date(s) for which the report will be generated for.
- by room number: for a specific one or for All.
- by housekeeper: for one person specific or for All.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Room number serviced.
- Name of the housekeeper who serviced the room.
- Date when the room was assigned and serviced by the housekeeper.
- Reservation number of the guest staying in the room.
- Name of the guest staying in the room.
- Type of service done - Make or Change - that day.
- Special Instructions given that day for that room.
