Sort Rooms by Least Used (Desktop)

Instead of showing the numbers in numerical order when assigning rooms, this setting will show the rooms ordered by the last time they were used. This option will result in a more even room use and rotation. This can greatly reduce the need to remodel or replace items due to repetitive usage or uneven usage of the rooms.
Path: Management > Setup > Property > Parameters > Section "Parameters" (right side)



1. Use the dropdown "Order Room By Least Used" to enable the option with "Yes".



2. Enter the number of days for which the filter will apply. It will set up how many days in the past it will check for the comparison.
