Setup Default Groups Allocation Drop Date (Desktop)


There are multiple ways to drop allocations in a group. This setting will only setup the default drop method that can always be changed in the group reservation itself.
Path: Management > Setup > Property > Parameters > Section "Parameters" (right side)

1. Use the dropdown "Allocation Drop Date" to set the default drop method:
- Days before Arrival: all non picked up allocations will drop X days before arrival. In this choice, add the number of days in the field on the right.
- Arrival date: all non picked-up allocations will drop on the day of arrival.
- Departure date: all non-picked up allocations will drop on the day of departure. Meaning they will not be available to guests outside of the group.
- Days from Audit Date: all non-picked up allocations will drop day by day X days prior. In this choice, add the number of days in the field on the right.
