HTML Letters Field Tags (Desktop)
The benefit of creating an HTML Letter is that you create something specific to your property, with the information you want and designed to your liking. Your letter will be most likely created either in text edit, notepad, or any word processing software using the HTML Tags and available settings below.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Letters
1. Check the Html box and click on "Show Available Fields" to see what fields can be added to the Html letter.
2. Any information in a reservation can be added to an HTML letter. You can insert any of the following tags in your letter:
3. You can also choose the font, color, and size of the text. Click on Show Available Fields to customize those settings.
4. Click Save if you have done any modification in the "Letter-Activity Text Setup".
Visual Matrix provides the feature to upload HTML Letters and tags you can use. VM does have some sample templates that can be provided, however, VM do not provide support on how to create an HTML letter itself.
