Import Rooms Status for Assignment (ASI) (MOP)
MOP integrates directly with ASI through two-way communication, allowing room status information to stay synchronized between both systems. As room statuses change in ASI or MOP, updates are automatically shared between the platforms. This integration helps housekeeping teams work from current room information while simplifying the room assignment process. The Add ASI Tasks feature imports guest room statuses from ASI into MOP, allowing managers and supervisors to quickly assign rooms to Room Attendants for cleaning. Benefits include:

How ASI Room Import Works
The ASI integration imports room status information from ASI into MOP. Examples of imported room statuses may include:
- Checkout Rooms
- Stayover Rooms
- Vacant Dirty Rooms
- Vacant Clean Rooms
- Other housekeeping-related statuses
Once imported, rooms can be assigned directly to Room Attendants for cleaning.
Import Room Statuses from ASI
1. Click "Add ASI Tasks" to import the guest room numbers and their status.
2. Select a Room Attendant's name and assign rooms. You can select rooms one by one or use the shift key and arrow down. To assign a sequence of rooms, select the first room, then press and hold the shift key and go down to the last room you want to assign.
3. Click "Add Tasks" to save the assignments.
The Room Assignments can only be completed once a day. After the initial assignments, the add ASI Tasks button is not available until the next day. You can use the Enter Task Manually option to pick up any missed rooms.
