Log an Alert from an Open Task (MOP)

Log an Alert from an Open Task (MOP)

MOP allows employees to create alerts directly from an open task whenever an issue, concern, or incident requires attention or follow-up. Alerts help properties quickly notify the appropriate departments about operational, safety, or guest-related concerns.

Examples may include:

  • Smoking in room
  • Pet in room
  • Guest complaints
  • Damaged items
  • Service-related issues
Creating alerts directly from an open task improves communication, response time, and operational tracking.
