Member Web Shows 999 Rooms Inventory for every Level over A (BW)

Visual Matrix provides the option to allocate a specific number of rooms based on rate levels. By default, the full number of rooms for each room type serves as the base. However, for levels other than A, communication between the PMS and Member Web needs to be activated. If not activated, Member Web will display 999 rooms as the total number per room type for each level beyond Level A. While this doesn't imply that Member Web will sell more rooms than actually available, enabling communication for each level is a straightforward task.
Path: Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces > Central Res BW 2 / Best Western 2 Way

1. Member Web displays 999 rooms for each level beyond Level A.

2. In Visual Matrix, go to Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces > Central Res BW 2 / Best Western 2 Way.
3. At the bottom left of the interface, in the "Room type" section, start by selecting "Overall".

4. Move to the bottom right, to the "Room Allocations" section.

5. Check the "Allow" box for the first level of the list and click "Save" at the end of the line.

6. Each time you click the save icon (floppy disk), it will synchronize the new data with Member Web, updating the displayed 999 to the actual allocated number.

Ensure that you save each line individually after clicking the "Allow" box on that specific line. If you check all the boxes and then save, it will reset every line not affected by the "Save" button.
