Ghost Reservation in Member Web that take some of the inventory for online sales (BW)

A ghost reservation is a booking that was created in the PMS for information purposes, that timed out but with a version sent to Member Web.

A ghost reservation in Member Web will show "~.~" instead of a guest name.
If the reservation if for more than 24h ahead, you should be able to cancel it directly from Member Web.
If the reservation is for the same business day or the next day, Best Western Support are the only ones that can resolve this situation. Visual Matrix does not have authority to modify reservations on Member Web.
