This feature is only available for Best Western Hotels.
When a guest submits a CRS survey provided in a welcome email, Visual Matrix puts that reservation into a "pre-registered" state.

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search
The Search Field in the Reservation Search screen has a Pre-Registered option. You can use this option to filter for guests who are in a pre-registered state.
There will be two different statuses:
      - PRG: Pre-Registered Guaranteed.
      - PRH: Pre-Registered Hold.

The pre-registered information will be in the CRS comments of the reservation. Click CRS Comments to see the notes. The notes are organized in a question-and-answer format. These comments tell when the guests performed the mobile check-in when they will arrive, additional requests, and the flight number if there is one.

From the Front Office Supervisor Reservation Management Screen

Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Reservation Management
If a reservation is pre-registered, the Pre Reg status (PRG) will also appear in the Arrivals By Day and the Reservation Detail window.
This function can be used while pre-blocking rooms to see reservation details that will help select the right room for the guest.
Double-click PRE REG to open a CRS Comments window.

From the Arrival Report

Path: Front Office > Reports > Front Office > Arrivals
The Status column in the Arrivals Report includes pre-registered statuses:
      - PRG: Pre-Registered Guaranteed
      - PRH: Pre-Registered Hold
      - PRI: Pre-Registered In (checked-in)
      - PRG-KEY: Pre-Registered Mobile Key (see below)
