Preventative Maintenance Analysis Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Preventative Maintenance Analysis report allows you to view every past preventative maintenance completed.
Path: Maintenance > Reports > Preventative Maintenance Analysis
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by room number or common area.
- by date or date rage.
- by preventative maintenance item.
- by maintenance person it has been assigned to.
- by status of the work order (pending or completed).
2. Click Refresh.
Report Details
- Preventative maintenance item.
- Room number or common area where the work order was created for.
- Name of the maintenance person who was assigned the preventative maintenance.
- Quantity the items were associated with this room type or area.
- Costs associated with this preventative maintenance. The cost are calculated based on the setup in Maintenance > Setup > Maintenance > Preventative Maintenance Items.
- Date the preventative maintenance was assigned for.
- Date the preventative maintenance was completed.
- Totals costs for the item. There will be a total for each item.
