Print Group Rooming List (Cloud) šŸŽ„

The Group Rooming List provides a comprehensive overview of a groupā€™s room assignments, guest names, confirmation numbers, and comments. From this screen, you can print a tidy, formatted version of that list to share with staff, groups, or for audit purposes. Use the Print Rooming List function when you need a physical or digital copy of group assignments sorted by name or room number.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group

Instructions

1. On the right side of the screen, click Rooming List from the available options.


2. At the bottom of the Rooming List window, use the selector to choose how you want to print the list ā€” either by Name or by Room Number.



3. Click Print Rooming List.


4. The printed list includes each guestā€™s arrival date, departure date, room type and number, confirmation number, guest name, and any comments entered in the reservation.


Notes
The departure date is only shown on the printed version, not on the on-screen Rooming List.
