Report a Lost & Found (MOP 2.0)

The Lost & Found feature is scheduled to be release on February 24, 2025
Accurate logging is crucial for effective lost and found management. Properly reporting items ensures they are tracked and ready for the next steps in the process. In this article, we’ll go through the first step of logging a new item in MOP’s Lost & Found feature, so your team can stay organized and ensure items are securely recorded for later retrieval. The second step, adding storage details, will be covered in a separate article.
Path: Lost & Found > Item Log

1. Click on Item Log.
2. Click on "Report Lost & Found" at the bottom left.


3. Choose the location where the item was found, either a room or common area.
4. (Optional) Add any relevant notes about the item.
5. Upload a picture from your computer or phone.
6. Click Submit.
