Report a Lost & Found (MOP 2.0)
Accurate logging is essential for effective Lost & Found management in MOP 2.0. Properly reporting items ensures they are tracked, organized, and ready for the next steps in the recovery process.

Path: Lost & Found > Item Log
1. Access Item Log - Click on Item Log
2. Report Lost & Found Item - Click “Report Lost & Found” located at the bottom left
3. Enter Item Location - Select where the item was found (Guest room, Common/public area)
4. Add Notes (Optional) - Enter any relevant details about the item (description, condition, identifying features)
5. Upload Image - Upload a picture from your computer or mobile device to help identify the item
6. Submit Entry - Click Submit to log the item
Logging items immediately ensures accurate tracking and accountability
- Adding clear descriptions and images improves identification and return success
- Storage details must be added separately to complete the process
