Scan ID in Add Res (Cloud) 🎥

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Add Res

1. Click on Scan ID.



2. Push the round button on the top of the scanner and slowly pass the ID from top to bottom or bottom to top. By default, the VM ID Scanner is not set up to have the red light ON continuously. If it is something you want, please follow these instructions.





3. You will hear a "bip" once the scan is completed.



4. The Guest Profiler window will pop up. If the guest is already in your database, his name will show, just double click on it. If not, click on "+ Add New" at the bottom right.



5. Guest name and address are now in the designated fields.
