Send Confirmation Letters in Bulk (Cloud) 🎥

Confirmation letters can be sent individually from each reservation, but this feature streamlines the process by allowing you to easily send confirmation letters to a group of guests all at once.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Res Mgmt > Confirm Letters

1. Select a Search By option from the dropdown to select the group of guests to send confirmation letters to.
2. Enter a date range. Coupled with your selection in Search By, all guests that fall under that criteria and this date range will receive a confirmation letter.
3. Check the box if you only want to see bookings from the 2way.
4. Check a Delivery Option.
5. Click Print to send the confirmation letters.
If you select Email Only, clicking Print will send the document via email and it will not physically print.
