Setup Overbooking for Room Types (Desktop)
This overbook settings will only apply to local reservations and will require the override password to apply. The overbooking allowance works by a percentage (%) amount and by room type.
Path: Management > Setup > Rooms > Room Type Configuration (Config)
You only need to change the percentage in the Overbook column.
Setting up a room type to overbook in Management will not sync with your channel manager and authorize it to overbook. If you are a Best Western Hotel and want to authorize overbooking from the 2Way, contact your BW Revenue Manager.
