Setup Common Areas for Maintenance (Desktop) 🎥
The property is composed of guest rooms and common areas like the lobby, the dining room, and even the swimming pool. Build-out areas of the hotel (other than guest rooms) where you may need to have a maintenance ticket or routine preventive maintenance performed.
Path: Maintenance > Set Up > Maintenance
1. Go to the last empty line.
2. Enter a Code and a description/name for the common (public) workspace.
3. Click outside to save.
4. Repeat process.
