Conducting Preventive Maintenance will help to keep the hotel in good working order. Associating PM items with a guest room or common area, setting up the frequency of the PM and the number of items in the room or common area creates a checklist of items per Room Type or Common Area.

1. Select/Highlight the Room Type or Common Area to assign an Item to.

2. Check the item to assign to this room type and complete the number of item per room/area, the date the item is entered and the frequency it needs to be maintained.
