Setup MLOS/CTA/Soft Close without Rate Levels (Cloud)
MLOS, CTA or Soft close are setup date by date, room type by room type and for a specific rate plan or for all. There are 3 steps to follow or the new status will not save nor sync with the channel manager. Path: Management > Rates > Min Night
1. Choose a date, number of nights, reason for the status and the status to apply.
2. Leave the box uncheck to apply the new status to every room type or check the box and choose the first room type to apply the new status/rule to.
3. Finally, check any Rate Plan this new status/rule will be applied to. If applicable whatever rate plan booked, choose "Assign All" in the top right.
Only when a rate plan is checked that the status will be saved for the room type.
4. Repeat 2 and 3 to apply the new status to other room types if necessary.
Availability Status will not apply to group allocations.
To cancel a status/rule, change the number of nights to 1. Do not delete a status to cancel it. If the status is simply deleted, the deletion will not be synced with your channel manager (online sales).
