Assign Level(s) to Rate/Discount Code(s) (Cloud)

Rate Levels are used to group together rate codes by categories (aka Levels). Closing a rate level means that closing all the discount codes included in this level at once for online sales.
Path: Management > Rates > Discounts > Setup (from the toolbox on the right) > Rate Levels tab

1. If not already done, check the "Rate Level" box to enable the feature.



2. Check the box of every level that will be used. Descriptions of each level can be customized.


Having every level activated and not using them will not create any issue. However, the contrary will, as the information will not sync if the level is not enabled.

3. Choose a rate plan and assign the correct level from the drop-down in the Level field.



4. Repeat the process for every rate plan/discount code a level needds to be assigned.
5. Click the green floppy disk at the top right to Save.
