Hide a Rate Code from the Reservation Discount Code Dropdown and Availability Screen (Cloud)
When a Discount Code is hidden, it won't be displayed in the Discount Code dropdown during reservation or on the Availability screen. It's important to note that this action only conceals the code locally and does not deactivate the discount code online.
Path: Management > Rates > Discounts > Setup (icon on the right side)
1. Find the rate code you want to hide from the dropdown.
2. Change the "Show Avail" column from Yes to No.
3. Click the green floppy disk to Save.
