Unsettled credit card batch alerts notify users when a credit card batch has not been successfully processed. These alerts help ensure that payment issues are identified and resolved quickly to avoid delays in funding and reconciliation.
This feature allows you to select which users receive alerts when a batch does not settle. Alerts are delivered through the Visual Matrix internal messaging system and appear in the user’s Dashboard Inbox when they log in. This is a user-level setting and must be enabled individually for each user.
Path: Management > User Settings > Security
Instructions
1. Select the user who should receive the alert.
2. In the Notifications section, check Receive Credit Card Batch Warnings.
