Show the Estimated Stay Total on the Reg Card (Cloud)

When checking in a guest, having clear and transparent information on the registration card helps build trust and reduce confusion. One useful detail is the estimated total cost of the guest’s stay, which can be automatically displayed on the registration card in the Visual Matrix Cloud PMS.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms > Reg Cards

1. Once on the reg cards side, check the box "Show Estimated Total".
2. Click the green floppy disk to save the option.


3. The Estimated Total will now show on the reg card.
