Tasks Color Codes (MOP 2.0)
In MOP 2.0, tasks are displayed using color codes to help users quickly identify the status or category of each task. These visual indicators allow supervisors and staff to easily understand which tasks are pending, in progress, completed, or require attention.
For accessibility, task status is also displayed in a dedicated status column, ensuring that users with color vision deficiencies can still clearly understand the task status.
Where Task Color Codes Are Displayed
Task color indicators can be seen in several areas of MOP, including:
- Home / All Tasks
- My Tasks
- RA Monitor
- Task Search
These views allow users to quickly scan task lists and understand task progress.
Viewing the Color Code Legend
MOP includes a built-in reference for understanding what each task color represents.
Navigation Path
Dashboard > Home
Steps
- Navigate to the Home page in MOP.
- Locate the Filter option at the top of the task list.
- Select the Filter to view the available task categories and status indicators.
- The filter will display the color-coded legend, explaining what each task color represents.
Accessibility Note
MOP is designed to remain accessible for all users. Even if a user cannot distinguish colors clearly:
- Each task includes a Status column.
- The status text identifies the task stage (for example: New, Started, Finished, Verified).
- This ensures the task progress can always be understood without relying solely on color.
