View Reservations Linked to a Travel Agent (Cloud) 🎥

The Account Detail screen displays all reservations linked to Travel Agents. This screen allows you to review reservation activity, including revenue and the commission percentage applied to each booking. By default, the window shows all reservations associated with Travel Agents. You can then use the filters to narrow the results to a specific Travel Agent. This screen is informational only. It does not calculate or display commission dollar amounts due.
Path: Accounting > Travel Agents > Travel Agents > Select the Travel Agent > Account Detail
Filtering by Travel Agent
Once opened, the Account Detail window displays all reservations linked to Travel Agents.
Use the dropdown filters at the top of the screen to narrow the results:
- IATA #: Select a specific IATA number to display reservations for that Travel Agent.
- Agency: Select a specific agency name to filter reservations by Travel Agent.
The grid refreshes to show only reservations associated with the selected Travel Agent.
Understanding the Reservation Grid
The grid displays reservations linked to Travel Agents and includes the following grouped information:
Reservation Details
- Conf: Reservation confirmation number
- Arrival: Arrival date
- Departs: Departure date
- Room: Assigned room number
- Guest: Guest name
Financial Information
- Rev: Total reservation revenue
- Comm: Commission percentage applied
Audit Information
- ModBy: User who last modified the reservation
- ModDate: Date of last modification
Double-click any reservation in the grid to open the full reservation record. When finished reviewing the folio, click Close in the Detail Posting section to return to the Account Detail window.
