The Preventative Maintenance Tasks screen provides a centralized location for viewing, managing, and updating all Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules configured within MOP. From this screen, users can:
- View all active and inactive PM schedules
- Review assigned employees
- Monitor task frequencies and priorities
- Access detailed PM schedule information
- Edit existing PM schedules
- Create new PM schedules
- Navigate to Upcoming Preventative Maintenance task lists
Regularly reviewing Preventative Maintenance schedules helps ensure maintenance activities remain accurate, assigned appropriately, and aligned with operational needs.

Understanding the Preventative Maintenance Tasks Screen
The Preventative Maintenance Tasks screen displays all configured PM schedules for the property. Each record represents a maintenance schedule rather than an active maintenance task.
View Preventative Maintenance Task Details
1. Locate the desired PM schedule.
2. Click the Right Arrow ( > ) located at the end of the row. This opens the detailed view where schedule information can be reviewed.
3. Search by Assignee - The search field allows users to quickly locate Preventative Maintenance schedules assigned to a specific employee.
Create a New Preventative Maintenance Task
1. Click Add Prev. Maint Tasks.
2. To view the list of Upcoming Preventative Maintenance by Rent Days.
View Upcoming Preventative Maintenance by Rent Days
1. Click Upcoming Rent Days Tasks. This screen displays PM schedules that are triggered based on rental activity rather than calendar days.
2. To edit a preventative maintenance task, click on the pencil icon located on the left side.
