This systematic approach ensures that necessary maintenance tasks are proactively scheduled and executed, contributing to the hotel's overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Path: Maintenance > Set Up > Assign Preventive Maintenance
1. Select/Highlight the Room Type or Common Area to assign an Item to.
2. Check the item to assign to this room type and complete the number of item per room/area, the date the item is entered and the frequency it needs to be maintained.
3. Click Save.
