Setup Preventative Maintenance Items (Cloud) 🎥
Configuring maintenance categories involves the addition of tasks required for establishing preventive maintenance. These tasks include preventive maintenance items, along with projected costs covering both labor and materials. Saving these changes is an integral part of the process. Whether it's activities like cleaning A/C filters or replacing door locks, any task that can be scheduled as preventive maintenance must be defined in this section before it can be allocated to a specific location and subsequently assigned to a technician for execution. Path: Maintenance > Set Up > Maintenance
1. Scroll down to the last empty line.
2. Enter a description for the preventative maintenance task.
3. Enter any associated material, labor or misc cost.
4. Click the floppy disk at the end of the line to save.
5. Repeat process.

Make sure you Save each line one by one after each creation. If you create multiple lines and then save the first line, it will delete everything else.
