Setup Maintenance Work Order Items (Cloud) 🎥
Creating maintenance categories involves the addition of essential tasks required for generating work orders. In this section, you should include any routine maintenance items commonly used to initiate work orders. This is done by assigning a unique code to each item and saving it in the system for future reference and use when creating work orders.
Path: Maintenance > Set Up > Maintenance
1. Scroll down to the last empty line.
2. Enter a code/description for the new item.
3. Click the floppy disk at the end of the line to save.
4. Repeat process.
Make sure you Save each line one by one after each creation. If you create multiple lines and then save the first line, it will delete everything else.
