Search a Work Order (Cloud) 🎥

You can easily search for a work order in Visual Matrix by using filters like date, room number, type, and status to find the specific work order you're looking for.
Path: Maintenance > Work Orders > Search

1. Narrow down the search using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by Status: select All, Pending, or Completed.
- by selecting a room number or keep for All.
- by common area if the search is not for a room.
- by maintenance employee the work order was assigned to.
- by start and end date.



2. Click Search.



3. Click on a work order to open it.



4. See how to complete a work order.
