Setup Common Areas for Maintenance (Cloud) 🎥

The property consists of guest rooms and various common areas, such as the lobby, dining room, and swimming pool. In addition to guest rooms, maintenance tickets or routine preventive maintenance may be required in these other hotel areas, often referred to as build-out areas.
Path: Maintenance > Set Up > Maintenance
1. Go to the last empty line.
2. Enter a Code and a description/name for the common (public) workspace.
3. Click the floppy disk at the end of the line to save.
4. Repeat process.
Make sure you Save each line one by one after each creation. If you create multiple lines and then save the first line, it will delete everything else.
