The "Regrets Loss of Business" feature allows you to review a list of reasons and associated dates for lost sales. Let's explore how to create new reasons for lost business.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Loss Of Business

1. Check the Regret box.



2. On the right side, enter a new "Regret" in the "Regret Reason" field and click "Add".


New Regrets cannot be deleted.
