Enter International Guest Address Format (Cloud)


Visual Matrix automatically recognizes U.S. and Canadian ZIP/postal codes. For international guest addresses, it’s essential to follow the correct format—especially leaving the State field blank and accurately filling in the Country field. Mistakes may cause the system to misinterpret your input or prevent reservation saving.

Use Standard U.S./Canada ZIP Codes
ZIP and postal codes from the U.S. and Canada are recognized automatically by the system.

Non-U.S. Addresses Require Accurate Formatting
For addresses outside the U.S./Canada, follow the required format exactly—including spaces—so the system processes them correctly.

Leave the State/Province Field Blank
If the Country field is set to any non-U.S. country, leave the State field empty. Filling it in may cause the PMS to treat the ZIP as a U.S. code and block the reservation from saving.
